The guys over at Peppers and Smoke have a recipe for a burger that isn’t really a burger at all. It contains no ground beef, but instead contains 100% bacon. Which means it’s 100% more awesome than a normal burger.
Here are the basic instructions for how to make one of your own. If you wish to see more pictures of the process head on over to Peppers and Smoke, they deserve your visit.
Basically you buy bacon and grind it up in a meat grinder then mold the ground up bacon into pattys and cook in a skillet. They suggest cooking to 170-degrees in the middle. Then enjoy!
